Our certificates are good for 18 months from the date of purchase. Gift certificates may be for a designated period of stay, a cash credit towards a booked visit or for any combination of nights that the recipient can book themselves.

Certificates are non-refundable, but are transferable. If recipient cannot be our guests in the 18 month period, they may be transferred to another party.

Weekends, Special Events periods and Holiday periods require a two night minimum stay. If the gift certificate is for a one night stay and the recipient wishes to stay during the above periods, they must purchase another night. No minimum on normal week nights (Sunday – Thursday)

We mail the certificate to you or the recipient. The certificates are printed out on lovely stationery with matching envelope. We also send you or the recipient a letter detailing all of the above.

If the certificate is purchased for a gift where there is a very short time before the gift occasion, we will email it!
